Hi there! I’m Natalie Temple. I use she/her pronouns, and I’m a Seattle-based mental health counselor. Seeking therapy can be an intimidating, yet meaningful process. We all have moments in life where we find ourselves looking for help, and if this happens to be where you are at, I have appreciation for this important step you are taking. I hope to provide you with clarity about how I work so that you can feel empowered to make an informed decision about your care.

In my work, I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and seek to hold space for all parts of you that may come into the room. I am a professional listener, and I use various skills to better attune to the messages you share, both verbally and non-verbally in the therapy space. Together, we will develop a way of working collaboratively based on your needs, preferences, and goals. I bring my experience and training with a number of evidence-based modalities including Level 1 in IFS (Internal Family Systems), as well as my passion for facilitating healing and growth in my clients.
